Chinese cuisine is amongst the most diverse in the world, with dozens of different provinces, regions and ethnic groups cooking in their own distinct way, ensuring extraordinary creativity, diversity and tastiness.

In honour of this great culinary heritage, we have brought together a collection of gourmet sauces essential for every sophisticated kitchen. Most famous of all is our gastronomic XO Chilli Sauce, first introduced by The Peninsula’s Spring Moon Chinese restaurant back in the 1980s and quickly earning a reputation as the ‘Caviar of the East’.

Our collection also includes the exceptional Eight-Treasure Sauce, Chilli Soya Bean Sauce and Dried Shrimp Chilli Sauce.​
