Sifting through the hotel archives, our esteemed team of chocolatiers have reinterpreted historic recipes in the Appreciation Collection of exquisitely flavoured, jewel-like premium chocolates made in limited quantities in The Peninsula’s chocolate room, including succulent Fleur de Sel, Basil-Lemon, Kumquat-Saffron and Screwdriver, inspired by Clark Gable’s favourite drink at The Peninsula Bar, while the sophisticated, bespoke flavours of the iconic Heritage Collection have been created by renowned professional chocolatiers from The Peninsula, with classic truffles and pralines to more exotic taste combinations that are as thrilling as they are surprising.
