  • Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday to Friday with an order confirmation sent within 24 hours.
  • Merchandise is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.
  • No exchange for purchases of food products and gift certificates.
  • If place an order on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed the following business day, delivery arrangement will be arranged within 3 days.
  • Delivery hours are between 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Please send an email to enquiry.pml@peninsula.com if you need to request a particular delivery time, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
  • Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
  • American Express Peninsula Platinum and Gold Cards’ 15% privilege offer is not applicable for purchases at peninsulaboutique.com.
