We handle our products with the utmost quality and care to ensure that they are delivered in the best condition. If, for any reason, your order is damaged or defective upon receipt, simply follow our Return Procedures and return them to us for a courtesy replacement.
We accept return and exchange for all products except the following:
- Any product returned more than 14 days after receipt
- Any product that has been opened or used
- Any discount, clearance, sale products or giveaways
- Any food products and gift certificates
In the event of dispute, Peninsula Merchandising Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
