Delivery

We take as much pride in shipping as we do in creating our products. Each shipment is handled personally and with the utmost care, and is specially packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Upon request, we can also include a complimentary gift card with a personal message.

 

Currently, we only deliver within the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Outlying Islands and HKIA (excluding other remote areas). Deliveries will be made within three working days after the order is successfully placed. Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations or partially, please place your order separately.

Delivery Hours:  Monday to Saturday 10:00 am –5:00 pm

If you wish to request a particular delivery time, please specify such in the "Remarks" section during check-out. We will do our best to accommodate your request.


Online Retail: 

Delivery Charge per delivery per location for HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories: HK$ 250

Delivery Charge per delivery per location for Tung Chung, Outlying Islands and HKIA: HK$ 500

Enjoy free delivery to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories for any purchase over HK$ 2,000 

 

 

Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.

Additional Charge: The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.

Collect In Store

Please show the QR code in your order confirmation email to collect your order at The Peninsula Boutique.

Address: The Peninsula Boutique, The Peninsula Arcade, The Peninsula Hong Kong, Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

Opening Hours: Mon – Sun 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

 

Please allow two working days for order processing. Customers may be notified via e-mail or by telephone when the order is ready for collection. 

 

Customers must collect their orders within one month upon notification unless specified. Festive items, cakes and pastries must be collected on the chosen pick-up date. We reserve the right to forfeit the order if the order is not collected timely.
