Q: How is my gift delivered?
A: At The Peninsula Boutique Online, each shipment is handled personally and with utmost care. We take as much pride in shipping as we do in creating our products. Each delivery will be specially packaged so that it will arrive in perfect condition. Upon request, we will also include a complimentary gift card with your personal message.
 
 
Q: When will my order ship?
A:

Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday to Friday with an order confirmation sent within 24 hours. If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed the following business day. Please allow at least 3 days for delivery.

Delivery hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. If you need to request a particular delivery time, please specify it in the "Remarks" field of the order form. We will try our best to accommodate your request. Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or e-mail the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
 
 

Q: How much is shipping? 
A:

When you place an order with The Peninsula Boutique Online, we will estimate the shipping and delivery date based on availability of your items. Once you have placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary.

Delivery charges are dependent on the destination within Hong Kong. Please refer to the table below for our shipping locations and rates.

Do you deliver outside of Hong Kong SAR?
A: Currently, we can only ship within Hong Kong SAR. Should you wish to send a gift outside of Hong Kong SAR, please email us.
 
 
Q: Do you allow refunds of gifts ?
A:

We handle our products with the highest of quality and care to ensure your gift(s) from The Peninsula Boutique is delivered in good condition.

If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in good condition, simply return them to us for a courtesy replacement or refund. 
 

Q: What method of payment do you accept ?
A: We accept payment by credit card : Visa , MasterCard, Amex.
To ensure security of your payments, we use WorldPay service.
